OPTICAL ILLUSION

                                     WHAT IS LIFE ??? 

     "Philosophy of life". Exactly,this was the topic on which that great personality was delivering speech,not knowing that this would be his last words because soon he got his fourth heart attack from which he could never recover. I was luckiest to listen to his last words that echoed: "Understand the meaning of life and purpose behind it because the only thing that comes to your mind while you are gasping for your last breath is: 'Is your achievement in life powerful enough to behold your existence in this mankind after you die?'. Friends,life is opportunity bestowed to us and please use it..."With these last words he left this material world and went where? May be no one knows. But, he spoke the truth.

     Next day,I asked meaning of life to my friend (who is pursuing his bachelor studies) and he replied: "Life is like ice cream,enjoy it before it melts". Afterwords he giggled and said: "I am not meant for doing philosophy in 'Philosophy of life'.OK".

     That night I carried out experiment with aim of understanding purpose of life and apparatus required was only me and one deserted place. So, looking at deep dark sky I thought & thought to end up with the interference that: "Life is opportunity given to humanity by one supernatural power which is having some purpose to be fulfilled in". I hope every word is crystal clear in its meaning in previous sentence, except the word SUPERNATURAL. Now we should explore its meaning,what it is?

      According to Indian philosophy; the Vedas describe origin of universe as coming from central higher intelligence. Dating back millenia they describe the entire process of creation and provide a detailed analysis into its composition. They call this central higher intelligence as GOD.

      According to philosophy of science; origin of life is believed to come from a point of zero volume,infinite density and immeasurable temperature--a mathematical impossibility known as singularity! Singularity which is outside scope of presently known science. This is just one famous theory and there is endless list of such evolution theories. None of these theories can be proved or substantiated.

      According to some great minds, science can not be understood without belief in God. Newton says: "He saw God as creator whose existence could not be denied in face of the grandeur of all creation". Albert Einstein in answer to his professor said: "Evil is a term which man has created to describe the result of absence of God's presence in hearts of man".       One fine morning when my uncle was reading newspaper showcasing natural hazard caused to coastal areas, my cousin (9 year old) asked my uncle: "Why does God do this evil to people?".All people over there were astonished and no one could answer. It is said that, young innocents are always true & yes this kid was also correct. I struck with an idea and I showed him the drawing(fig:2) and asked him to start from one end and reach the same end. He tried it for sometime and said it is impossible! I replied: "Exactly, it is impossible and likewise there are some questions  to which answering is impossible. May be God did these hazards to get rid of imbalance created by humans in this nature." This other side of supernatural power and little innocent's question perplexed my thoughts and I asked myself: 'Why does this other side of supernatural power exists?'. I got answer to this as SYMMETRY. According to great scientist Stephen Hawking, "Everything in this world is symmetrical". Here I put forward my own model(fig:3) made after SYMMETRY. It has properties of evil described on left and properties of God described on right along with antonyms facing each other.

       If life is opportunity, then as every opportunity, this life should also have some purpose. In the very start of this write-up, we can notice SYMMETRY in two incidences of old personality and young bachelor. This SYMMETRY lies in fact that they both used phrase: "Philosophy of life" , but difference in their understanding was of hail and heaven. I asked myself for the cause behind this difference and my inner voice spoke out that this difference signifies gap between their ages. Yes, young bachelor has just entered his adolescence and old person was in the mouth of death. May be this young guy would also understand purpose to life as he grows up. May be both were true in their own sense.

      According to great Greek army warrior Achilles: "When we die, the only thing that stays back in this material world is our own name". So, throughout our life we should do good by using good. i.e. we should follow honesty, love, compassion & beauty in right spirit. We should help those in need and find happiness in other's happiness. We should give our best in this life and our name will automatically be drained into mind of this material world to appropriate level. May be your name will be remembered by whole large mankind or will be reminiscent to those who are next to your kin and your neighbours.

      Courses,studies,teaching,research,job,business and communication are tools for progress of life and by using them we can lead our life. Once I heard my junior saying: "Life is too hard?".I questioned him back: "Life is too hard? Compared to what?" and he was quiet. Thus, life is not about how to survive the storm but how to dance in rain. Life is as we see it.

      Overruling the evolution of life, we should understand purpose of life and enjoy every moment of it before it melts but not by forgetting our responsibilities. Thus, both young & old were true in their own sense.

      Some say life can arise from combination of bio molecules but there is no evidence showcasing the formation of living cell from bio molecules present in cell. We know mathematics as game of numbers. So, natural numbers might have got their name from the word 'nature'. Then 'Zero--The whole number' is exactly whole in its sense as its position with respect to decimal position decides its significance. Again the SYMMETRY! Really, zero  is all above natural numbers, may be it is supernatural number having its both evil and decent form. Nevertheless, life is all about how easily we innovate scientific ideas and solve numerical riddles.

      Now it is time to see fig:1. I do not know whether you noticed it or not, but shadow formed by deformed ball is not deformed in any way. It is simply impossible. Similarly, without using our complete potential(deformed ball) in light of opportunity(lamp light), it is not possible to make our perfect image(undeformed image) retain in the eyes of mankind even after our death. So, we should work hard so much that even God should become happy. In Hindi it means,"Kuch aisa karke dikha, khud khush ho jaye khuda"--You can listen to this line(at time 03:05) from 'Aashayein' song(attached herein) of 'Iqbal' movie.

      To conclude, I would say, Indian concept(religious) of philosophy of life is far better than scientific exploration of life in sense that; overruling the complex riddle of evolution of life we should concentrate upon purpose to be fulfilled in life. This supernatural power has also got its both forms: EVIL & GOD. Again SYMMETRY! I hope you got answer to question about supernatural power. Don't forget SYMMETRY, it is property of life. So, use this opportunity bestowed upon us by Central Higher Intelligence; to become immortal in minds of people of this material world.

Happy in other's joy

                              REAL HAPPINESS...
This is true story of one of the top 500 millionaires of UK. Here goes
his narration:
"One day, I felt terrible. My head was full of confusion. I decided to
take a walk even though I had a car and I didn't know where I would
go. The most extraordinary thing(stepping stone of my life) happened
when I was out on this walk.

I saw very old man sitting on a chair. He was a seller of second-hand
cloths.He seemed so tired and nobody was buying his cloths. I wanted
to give him something but I had not brought anything with me.

Then, a little girl came toward him. I heard the child say,
"Grandfather, may I polish your shoes?". That old man took pity on
her, smiled and he gave her a  shoe to polish.

The girl said, "I polish the shoe because I need money to buy my
younger brother a new school uniform."

I heard this and tears came to my eyes.I was totally moved.The old man
answered, "Oh, little girl. Just stop doing this. Come with me and I
will buy you a uniform." Then they walked to a market and he bought
her a  new uniform.

The girl was so happy. Smile on the face of little girl freed me out
of my mind commotion.

Unknowingly my inner voice spoke about the old man, "You are a hero!
Thank you for your kindness!" .And I walked away.When I glanced back I
could see him still smiling.

I was blown away by the kindness I had just seen.  Someone who had so
little themselves, was able to show such incredible generosity!
Amazing! I myself felt ashamed of not helping anyone even though i was
capable of doing so. Then I decided to help him next day.

I began realizing that I have a lot to be thankful for. I hope, some
day, I can show my appreciation of what I have by following the
example of the old man who only had a little, but shared it so
beautifully with someone who had nothing."

Always remember: "Love is when the other person's happiness is more
important than your own.”

Realistic Personality

                                          REALITY...
Things that are real pose no danger to the mind. The real dangers in
the mind are our delusions, the things we make up, the things we use
to cover up reality, the stories, the preconceived notions we impose
on things. When we're trying to live in those stories and notions,
reality is threatening. It's always exposing the cracks in our ideas,
the cracks in our ignorance, the cracks in our desires. As long as we
identify with those make-believe desires, we find that threatening.
But if we learn to become real people ourselves, then reality poses no
dangers.

This is what the meditation is for, teaching yourself how to be real,
to get in touch with what's really going on, to look at your sense of
who you are and take it apart in terms of what it really is, to look
at the things that you find threatening in your life and see what they
really are.

Truth is a quality of the mind that doesn't depend on figuring things
out or being clever. It depends on having integrity in your actions
and in your powers of observation, accepting the truth as it is. You
have to be sensitive both to what you're doing and to the results you
get, so that you can learn to be more and more skillful.What happens
to the wide-eyed observer when the window between reality and
unreality breaks and the glass begins to fly?

Many people think that self-acceptance means celebrating what's there
already: that you're good enough, that you don't have to make any
changes. That's not the case at all.

Acceptance means accepting the fact that you're responsible for a lot
of your experience right now. You can't blame anybody else. And
ultimately that's a good thing. If other people were ultimately
responsible for shaping your experience, what could you do? You'd have
to go around pleasing them all the time. But the key fact is that
you're shaping your pleasures and pains here in the present moment.
Some of your experience comes from past actions, but a lot comes from
the way you shape things with each present intention.

So learn to be open and honest about the role you're playing in this
moment.And remember that, "Reality is that which, when you stop
believing in it, doesn't go away".

So, according to me you should neither be optimistic nor be
pessimistic but REALISTIC.
